 La stagione dell’insularità

Abstract [It]: Il contributo analizza le due principali novità che hanno interessato il regime giuridico delle isole nell’ultimo anno. L’introduzione del principio di insularità in Costituzione, giunto al termine il 28 luglio 2022, e la nuova Risoluzione del PE sull’insularità, del 6 giugno 2022, hanno posto all’attenzione delle istituzioni la questione insulare.  La condizione delle isole è asimmetrica rispetto alle altre regioni e necessita di politiche di solidarietà, che possono ora giovarsi delle novità appena citate.

 

Title: The season of insularity

Abstract [En]: The paper analyzes the two main changes that have affected the legal regime of the islands in the last year. The introduction of the principle of insularity in the Italian Constitution, which has come to an end the 28th of July 2022, and the new EP Resolution on insularity, of the 6th of June 2022, brought the island question to the atten666666tion of the institutions. The condition of the islands is asymmetrical with respect to other regions and requires solidarity policies, which can now benefit from the changes just mentioned.
