Terza edizione del corso Civis BIP – Corso di Alta Formazione Sapienza in Rights and Democracy - proroga delle iscrizioni al corso fino al giorno 7 novembre 2023

Sono aperte le iscrizioni alla terza edizione del corso Civis BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) – Corso di Alta Formazione Sapienza - in Rights and Democracy. The Multilevel Protection of Fundamental Rights and the Role of Constitutional and European Courts (coordinatore Prof.ssa Maria Grazia Rodomonte). Le lezioni saranno strutturate in una parte virtuale, dal 1° febbraio 2024 al 14 maggio 2024, e in una parte in presenza, dal 10 al 14 giugno 2024, presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche della Sapienza, Università di Roma. Il corso, interamente in lingua inglese, si rivolge agli studenti del dottorato e dei corsi di laurea magistrale delle Università del circuito Civis (https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/civis-universita-civica-europea ), interessati ad approfondire le tematiche della tutela dei diritti in Europa e del ruolo delle Corti, attraverso un approccio critico e la partecipazione attiva, in un contesto internazionale. Grazie all’apporto di docenti provenienti da sette diverse università del circuito Civis (oltre a Sapienza, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Aix-Marseille Université, Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, Paris-Lodron-Universität Salzburg e Universitatea din București) il corso offre agli studenti una visione ampia dello stato della democrazia e della tutela dei diritti in Europa, non solo con le lezioni frontali ma anche con tavole rotonde, workshops e gruppi di lavoro. Sono previste attività culturali e sociali. 

Possibilità di riconoscimento di 5 CFU per gli studenti dei corsi di laurea magistrale.

Applications are open for the third edition of the Civis BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) – Advanced Training Course Sapienza - in "Rights and Democracy. The Multilevel Protection of Fundamental Rights and the Role of Constitutional and European Courts", (coordinator Prof.ssa Maria Grazia Rodomonte). Lectures will be structured in a Virtual Part, from 1 February 2024 to 14 May 2024, and in a Physical Part, from 10 to 14 June 2024, held at the Department of Political Science, Sapienza University of Rome. The course, entirely in English, is aimed to PhD and Master's degree students of the Universities of the Civis Alliance (https://www.uniroma1.it/it/pagina/civis-universita-civica-europea), who are interested in deepening their knowledge of the protection of rights in Europe and the role on the Courts, through a critical approach and active participation, in an international context. Thanks to the contribution of lecturers from seven different universities in the Civis Alliance (in addition to Sapienza, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Aix-Marseille Université, the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, the Paris-Lodron-Universität Salzburg and the Universitatea din București), the course offers students a broad view of the state of democracy and the protection of rights in Europe, not only through classes but also through round tables, workshops and working groups. Cultural and social activities are planned.

Possible recognition of 5 ECTS for Master’s degree students.
