 ''Riserva di legge'' e ''principio di legalità'' in tempo di emergenza nazionale

Abstract[It]: L’articolo prende in esame, criticandone le modalità e senza ingerirsi nel merito, la normativa di emergenza anti «coronavirus» adottata dal Governo, con particolare riferimento all’abuso di decreti del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri e al non sufficiente uso di decreti legge.

 

Abstract[En]: The article takes into consideration, criticizing the modalities and not interfering relatively to its substance, the anti-«coronavirus» emergency legislation adopted by the Government, with specific reference to the decrees abuse decrees operated by the President of the Council of Ministers and to the insufficient use of Decree Laws.
