 L'ordinamento sportivo italiano nel diritto comparato

Abstract [It]: Il saggio si sofferma sul tema del diritto sportivo in Italia, partendo dall'analisi del recente processo di riforma dello sport. Lo scopo di questo lavoro è fornire una panoramica sulle linee di sviluppo del modello europeo e statunitense di regolazione dello sport. A tal fine il saggio considera le differenze in termini di organizzazione e finanziamento e la distinzione tra lo sport come impresa commerciale e lo sport come attività ricreativa.

 

Abstract [En]: The essay deals with sports law in Italy, starting from the analysis of the recent reforming process of sport. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of perspectives and approaches to European and USA models of sports law. To this end the essay considers the differences between the two systems in terms of organizaztion and financing, and the distinction between sport as a commercial enterprise and sport as grassroots recreation.
