 Italian labour market activation: blockchain and new policies

Abstract [It]: Questo articolo si occupa di indagare se, attraverso l'implementazione della tecnologia blockchain, si possano migliorare e rendere più efficienti le politiche attive del lavoro, cercando di rispettare il principio di condizionalità. L'articolo analizza quali sono gli obiettivi comuni perseguiti dal legislatore e come essi possono essere raggiunti e facilitati dall'utilizzo di sistemi blockchain, che assicurano anche una maggiore protezione dei dati e più trasparenza.

 

Abstract [En]: This article is concerned with investigating whether, through the implementation of blockchain technology, active labour policies can be improved and made more efficient. The article analyses which trends are pursued by the legislator and how they can be achieved and facilitated using blockchain systems, which also ensure greater data protection and more transparency.
