Abstract [It]: L’articolo mira a confrontare gli approcci regolatori risk-based proposti dall’Unione Europea e dalla Gran Bretagna per affrontare le sfide giuridiche sollevate dai sistemi di Intelligenza Artificiale. L’indagine parte dall’esame delle caratteristiche tecniche di tale tecnologia che sollevano rischi e tematiche giuridiche nuove; si focalizza, in particolare, sui modelli regolatori proposti e sulle definizioni giuridiche di IA proposte, facendo emergere come gli obiettivi di tutelare i diritti fondamentali e di promuovere lo sviluppo delle innovazioni siano comuni anche se realizzati con strumenti diversi.

Abstract [En]:The paper aims to compare the risk-based regulatory approaches proposed by the European Union and Great Britain to address the legal challenges raised by Artificial Intelligence systems.
