 Intelligenza artificiale e regolazione giuridica: il ruolo del diritto nel rapporto tra uomo e macchina

Abstract [It]: Il contributo intende osservare il rapporto tra diritto e intelligenza artificiale. A tal fine, dopo aver esaminato significato e caratteristiche dell’intelligenza artificiale da un punto di vista tecnico, il contributo osserva il fenomeno sotto la lente giuridica, analizzando gli aspetti problematici ed esaminando il framework giuridico relativo, caratterizzato dalla proposta di regolamento europeo Artificial Intelligence Act. Alla luce di quanto emerge dalla regolazione in materia, il contributo prospetta strumenti giuridici e scenari futuri tesi a superare le problematiche esaminate e a tutelare in modo efficace i diritti dell’uomo.

 

Title: Artificial intelligence and legal regulation: the role of law in the human-machine relationship

Abstract [En]: The contribution aims to observe the relationship between law and artificial intelligence. To this end, after examining the meaning and characteristics of artificial intelligence from a technical point of view, the contribution observes the phenomenon under the legal lens, analyzing its problematic aspects and examining the related legal framework, characterized by the proposed European regulation “Artificial Intelligence Act”. In light of what emerges from the relevant regulation, the contribution envisages legal instruments and future scenarios aimed at overcoming the problems examined and effectively protecting the human rights.
