Il minore sulla soglia dell’onlife. Questioni di identificazione elettronica e di age verification: SpID per i minori e lo European Digital Identity Wallet

Abstract [It]: In questo lavoro si intende indagare i sistemi di identificazione elettronica e di accertamento dell’età, riflettendo in particolare sulle questioni giuridiche relative alla protezione dei dati personali che devono guidare la scelta e le modalità di utilizzo. La ricerca si occuperà anche di ricostruire lo stato dell’arte delle soluzioni implementate o implementabili, facendo un breve excursus sulle iniziative in ambito europeo e, infine, arriverà alle due soluzioni attualmente previste in prospettiva nazionale e comunitaria, ovvero lo SpID per minori e l’eID Wallet.

Abstract [En]: In this work we intend to investigate the electronic identification and age verification systems, reflecting in particular on the legal issues regarding the protection of personal data that must guide the choice and method of use. The research will also deal with reconstructing the state of the art of the implemented or implementable solutions, making a brief excursus on the initiatives in the European context, and, finally, it will arrive at the two solutions currently envisaged in the national and community perspective, namely the SpID for minors and the eID Wallet.
