 Il diritto d’asilo tra graphic novels e sistematica giuridica

Abstract [It]: Partendo dall’esperienza francese, lo scritto analizza alcune caratteristiche del diritto d’asilo, soffermandosi sull’importanza che assume il racconto del richiedente asilo, al fine del riconoscimento del diritto ed inquadrando tale caratteristica nella teoria delle forme narrative.

 

Title: The right of asylum between graphic novels and legal system

Abstract [En]: Starting from the French experience, the paper analyzes some characteristics of the right to asylum, focusing on the importance that the story of the asylum seeker assumes, for the purpose of recognizing the right and framing this characteristic in the theory of narrative forms.
