 Il sistema delle concessioni autostradali: profili economico aziendali

Abstract [It]: Lo scritto analizza la gestione del sistema autostradale in alcuni paesi europei ed in Italia in particolare. Evidenzia gli aspetti positivi e le criticità del sistema delle concessioni, giungendo alla conclusione che il modello attuale sia preferibile ad un modello totalmente pubblico, per costruire il quale peraltro occorrerebbero ingenti investimenti. L’attuale modello, se gestito con economicità, garantisce benessere alla collettività nel medio lungo termine. Debbono essere fatti gli investimenti nel sociale/ambientale che consentono il raggiungimento della condizione di economicità.

 

Abstract [En]: The article analyzes the management of the motorway system in some European countries and in particular in Italy. It underlines the positive and critical aspects of the concession system, reaching the conclusion that the current model is preferable to a totally public model, which would require significant investments. The current model, if managed economically, guarantees well-being to the community in the medium and long term. It is necessary to make investments in the social / environmental sector that allow the achievement of the economic condition.
