 I valori europei all'epoca del Coronavirus

Abstract [It]: Il testo cercherà di fare il punto sulla presenza di alcuni valori comuni all’Unione europea come declinati dai Trattati, vivificati dalle istituzioni europee, interpretati dalla Corte di giustizia nel suo collegamento con le Corti costituzionali e supreme degli stati membri e, soprattutto, sulla possibilità di rileggerli e reinterpretarli nella drammatica situazione che stiamo vivendo con la crisi del Coronavirus.

 

Abstract [En]: The paper will try to verify the existence of some common values in the European Union as defined by the Treaties, revived by the European institutions, interpreted by the Court of Justice, in its connection with the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Member States and, above all, on the possibility to give them a new interpretation in the dramatic situation we are experiencing with the Coronavirus crisis.
