 L’identità del singolo e le identità della famiglia

Abstract [It]: Il presente lavoro si propone di esaminare il percorso evolutivo del diritto all’identità, partendo dalla nozione più classica fino a sviluppare alcune riflessioni intorno alla qualificazione di tale diritto che lo vede, non più e non solo legato al singolo individuo, ma all’insieme dei rapporti che delineano il nuovo concetto di famiglia. Al fine di analizzare tale evoluzione, sarà imprescindibile lo studio del cognome che, proprio in rapporto all’identità, è divenuto, da segno distintivo del singolo, strumento identificativo dell’intera compagine familiare, tanto che oggi non si riferisce più ad una singola identità, ma alle molteplici identità della famiglia nel suo complesso.

 

Title: The identity of the single individual and the identities of the family: the role of the surname as an identifying tool of the family community

Abstract [En]: This work aims to examine the evolutionary path of the right to identity, starting from the most classical notion up to developing some reflections on the current qualification of this right that sees it, no longer and not only linked to the single individual, but to the set of relationships that outline the current concept of family. In order to analyse this evolution of the right to identity, the study of the surname that, precisely in relation to identity, has become from a distinctive sign of the individual, to an identifying tool of the entire family group, so much so that today it no longer refers to a single identity, but to the multiple identities of the family as a whole.
